Rachael first started with Flight Centre as a Travel Consultant in 1990. Embracing every development opportunity that came her way, she quickly progressed to management and senior leader positions in Australia and the United States, and most recently headed up the Leadership Academy in Flight Centre South Africa.

Rachael was one of the pioneers of Flight Centre Travel Group’s global training arm. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with emerging and established Flight Centre brands and businesses around the world, and her facilitation experience is vast. She has a strong ability to create and implement learning and development programs that unite people behind the Flight Centre philosophy.

At GoldMind, Rachael uses her intimate working knowledge of Flight Centre’s business model, people engagement processes and training culture to switch on success with external clients. She is passionate about having a genuine and lasting impact on the careers of leaders because she knows this is what ultimately drives business success.
