Melissa heads up GoldMind and is responsible for creating and building long-lasting relationships with clients across Australia. She spearheads GoldMind’s unique purpose and approach, ensuring that our innovative range of products and services produces tangible results in the organisations we work with.

Starting with Flight Centre in 2003, Melissa initially held senior finance roles before embarking on her successful career in the learning and development sphere. A qualified accountant and business professional, Melissa spent the previous decade working in some of the world’s leading retail, media and finance organisations in Australia, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

Melissa’s experience in the global financial industry, and in leadership and people culture, give her a unique skill set. She has a deep understanding of business drivers and knows how to design and deliver learning outcomes that align with an organisation’s commercial strategies. She is ideally equipped to share Flight Centre’s winning approach with other businesses.

Highly driven and creative, Melissa has the ability to quickly grasp complex organisational issues. She is an accomplished facilitator, trainer and speaker, and cares greatly about enriching people, enhancing their performance and converting their potential.
